Stock Data

Your personal data, as far as it is necessary for the initiation, wording, or the alternation of the contractual relationship (stock data), is only used for the settlement of the contract. E.g. your name and address has to be forewarded to the distributor, in order to be able to deliver the products.

Without your explicite permission or a legal regulation, your personal data is not passed on to a third party outside the contractual relationship.

By order of the relevant authority we are allowed to provide information about stock data in individual cases, as far as this is necessary for law enforcement, danger defense by the police authorities, the performance of the legal duties of the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the Federal Intelligence Service, or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service, or to enforce intellectual property rights.
